Making a Difference
My goals are simple: to produce healthy, nutritious food; to farm in a way that is nature-friendly, regenerating wildlife and biodiversity and providing a haven in which it can thrive; and to look after our natural resources (soil, water and air) for future generations. I am also minimising the use of fossil fuels and aiming to make the food we produce carbon negative.
Livestock are beneficial for enhancing biodiversity of farmland, naturally fertilising the soil and bringing the ecosystem back to life without the use of chemicals. We can choose to farm and eat ethically and sustainably, by abandoning practices that damage our precious soil and contribute to global warming.
